Tuesday, 13th October at 6.30pm (AEST)
Do you have questions about grief?
Unsure if what you're thinking or feeling is normal?

These can be viewed wherever you are, and with whoever you wish. Each session finishes with a live Q&A and remain free to those who need.
People attending our sessions have said:
"The subject of grief is not something that's widely taught or spoken about. I can't believe how much I learnt in that one session alone."
"It was so well structured, and the presenters so empathetic. I feel it covered my feelings since my son died."
"Grief is a huge topic to cover and the way that it was broken down made it feel digestible and understandable. The session was very informative and my wife and I found it useful and beneficial."
We will discuss a range of topics including:
what are the emotional, physical, mental and other impacts of grief?
how can I manage the practical challenges of bereavement (e.g. deciding what to do with someone's belongings)?
how do children grieve and how can I support a child who is grieving?
what are the specific challenges faced after the death of a spouse, a parent, a child, a sibling, friend or other relative?
