ABOUT LIFE, LOSS & GRIEF
Therapeutic
Conversations

The Session
The Session is a space for therapeutic conversations about the difficult, the sensitive, and the unexpected things in life.

It's for times when you need to process your grief or worries with a skilled and compassionate professional.
One who has spoken with thousands of people following a death or crisis, and who can offer expert support and strategies for grief, trauma or relationship issues.
For seven years, Wendy Liu was a Forensic Counsellor supporting people after a sudden, unexplained or unnatural death was reported to the Coroner. She has met families on their worst days and helped in the months and years that follow.

In Any Ordinary Day, an award-winning book about trauma and loss, Leigh Sales says:
"Wendy's wisdom and her grasp
on what's important are extraordinary."
LEIGH SALES, ABC JOURNALIST

GRIEF WEBINARS

Wendy Liu and Nathan MacArthur are Specialist Grief Counsellors with 35 years of combined experience supporting people through the pain of loss.

To help you navigate the realities and contradictions of grief, they offer a range of live and on-demand webinars drawing from current research and the wisdom of the many people they have helped.
Each tailored webinar provides practical and sensitively delivered ideas and helpful tools for anyone who is grieving, and for those who support them.

TRAINING and SPEAKING

Outside the therapy room, Wendy provides expert consultation, clinical supervision and training to professionals looking to extend their skills, knowledge and confidence in grief and loss.
A passionate advocate for frank conversations about dying and death, she also speaks at conferences, live events and to the media about the reality and complexities of grief.
Whether she is supporting clients or collaborating with organisations, Wendy’s approach is the same:

"Turn up with humanity, integrity and a mission to make a difference."
